The Menu includes coconut rum risotto with jerk shrimp and cilantro puree, asparagus wrapped in beef, Char Chu Beef and cucumber bites, Chile Pineapple Chicken Skewers, Chocolate Ganache Dipped Strawberry Cheesecake bites. Pairing to the foods, you will find Wine Ambassador’s CEO Lou Zant’s best picks from Wine Country: 2016 Carmel Ridge Chardonnay, 2012 Labelle Bordeaux Blend, 2014 Canihan Exberance Syrah, and 2017 Parables in White Chenin Blanc + Viognier.
